Guangdong Zhongyi Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd. is a multiple enterprise that professionally designs, produces, manufactures, installs and maintains various steel poles, large steel structures, harbor machinery, hoisting device and deals with galvanizing by dipping and spray painting. This company was founded in 1987, and its factory of galvanizing by dipping has many years’ experience and exquisite workmanship. In 1992, Zhongyi Galvanizing by Dipping Branch Factory itself developed the then largest galvanizing pool (13.8M×1.5M×1.8M) in Guangdong in order to solve the difficulty of galvanizing large steel structures, which originated a complete workmanship for entirely technological process of large steel strutures. The technological process strictly abides by BSEISO1461:1999 galvanizing standards, and it has passed international quality certification of ISO9001:2000 and certification of Hong Kong Quality Bureau. This factory is a member of International Zinc Society and Galvanizing by Dipping Committee of China Anticorruption & Protection Associaton and the experiment and training base of galvanizing by dipping of South China University of Technology and it became one of the four domestic enterprises that firstly got project fund of UNCFC in 2005. The newly-built environment-friendly galvanizing production line (CFC project) in 2006 covers an area of 100 plus mu, with zinc pool volume 13.5M×2.25m×3m, main production workshop area 180M×48M and lifting capacity 40 tons (currently production line with the largest lifting capacity dometically). The completion of this production line indicates another milestone in galvanization for Zhongyi Galvanizing by Dipping Branch Factory.
